We do that too! We can handle everything, including access to our online list purchase service. GDI consolidates all of the design, print and mail services under one roof, making it easier and faster for you to get your cards in the mail.

Custom Online Design!
Multiple layouts allow you to drag 'n drop property pictures, head shots and logos into any design you choose. Add property information, agent contact info and pick your size - it's that simple!. We offer three standard sizes for you to choose from: Small (6x4), Large (7x5) and Oversized (8x6).

Mailing Services
If you choose to have us mail for you, you will be asked to select 2 types of postage, first class or Standard (bulk). At that point, the postage and mailing charge will be added to your order. Most clients choose standard mail, which will add an additional 30 cents per piece. If you chose first class, it will add an additional 44 cents per piece. (The exception is for small postcards. For this size, first class is the same as standard at 30 cents. Note you must have at least 500 pieces to get the first class rate.)
This charge includes postage, CASS and NCOA (National Change of Address) certification, sorting, addressing, and mailing.

Mailing List
You can either import your own mailing list, or purchase a list from us. Either way, the system provides a very easy, step-by-step, way to proceed. The cost for a list from us is 10 cents per name. You can reuse that list for future mailings at no additional cost.

Print Pricing

* Real Estate Postcards printed and mailed for as little as .59 cents – when ordering 1000 or more of the small 4.25”x 5.5" postcards.

** A flat set-up charge of $50 will be added to any orders under 250 pieces
